Among the representatives of the Vitebsk region, the winners of the Belarus Cup were Vitaly Parakhonko (60 m hurdles), Violetta Skvortsova (long jump) and Nikita Danilov (high jump). Moreover, Nikita set a personal record at these competitions, jumping 226 cm. Also, track and field athletes from the Vitebsk region won a silver and 3 bronze medals.

In the foyer of the Palace of the Republic, guests of the event were able to get acquainted with the exhibition of elements of intangible cultural heritage “Vitsebshchyna: history, traditions, history”. The exhibition featured traditional crafts: straw weaving, weaving, ceramics, insitu art and much more. Everyone was able to take part in various master classes, get acquainted with traditional crafts, and make something interesting with their own hands.
